Does the Dresden Codex predict the end of the world in 2012?
I've read on a few websites that the Dresden Codex says the world will end by flood. Is this going to happen in 2012? Did the Maya make any clear prediction about 2012? I'm really scared of this. Please help!!!
The only reference by the Mayans to 2012 is in a partially defaced stone inscription which says:
"The Thirteenth Bak'tun" will be finished (on) Four Ahaw, the Third of K'ank'in. ? will occur. (It will be) the descent(?) of the Nine Support (?) God(s) to the ?."

That's it. No doomsday prediction. That's all down to new-age nutjobs and fraudsters trying to make a buck off the gullible.

What are you basing your belief on?
No. There's been doomsdayers since I was born & I'm not buying what they're selling.
Predicting the end of the world has been around a long, long time. I suspect for about 2,000 years now. I have heard it my entire long life. I know the Bible says no one knows when the end will come.
I let it all go in one ear and out the other.
