Why do some Christians think the world will end in 2011?
Harold Camping of Family Radio (I've never heard it) says the world will end in 2011 because it's 7000 years from the flood in 4990? But .. the Jomon culture was around from 10,500 to 300 BC .. and when you try to present this information, they ignore you. I don't understand.
No .. it's like, May 21st, and December 21st .. or 22nd. But the Mayan think doesn't even exist. They didn't even believe the world would end.
I can't wait to hear his excuses on 22 May next year.
He could at least have made his predictions far enough into the future to ensure he was dead when they failed to come true.
