predictions on the end of the world
Scared of world ending predictions.. help?
I have heard about the rapture on May 21st (I know it's most likely not going to happen) but people have been saying that natural diasters are normaly signs of jesus's return or something? I have also heard of the 2012 doomsday but i know that the world won't end on that day because the mayan calander doesnt predict the end of the world etc.
Can someone please give me an explantion or something that i have a future and its not going to end whenever.
People scare themselves by misunderstandings about what is going on or being said. Popular misuse of the term "world" would suggest it means planet. Lucky for those on the planet that it is half full with a bunch of idiots that don't know meanings nor context. They really believe ignorance is bliss, until it comes to having something to fear. Then their own ignorance eats them up inside.
The Mayan Calendars "End of the World" has nothing to do with the planet's end, nor does the word "world" have anything to do with the planet. When researched it can be understood through the translation of root terms for the word world the real meaning is "Age of Man".
Oddly enough Jesus called himself the "Son of Man" and Jesus said his return would be at the end of the "Age". The son of man is most likely to have his return at the end of the age of man, but that end of the world has nothing to do with the end of the planet nor mankind. It is a good thing.
