is it the end of the world in 2012
Do you think the world will come to an end in 2012?
This is crucial.I nearly quit studying because of this.Do you believe the world will come to an end in 2012?Will a series of cataclysmic events unfold which put an end to humanity?Or, as Dan Brown says, the end of world as we know it now?What do you think?Should I quit studying and enjoy as much as I can before I go to hell?
If you do anything different as a result of these stupid rumours, then you're a sucker.
Take a look around. Where are all the newspaper reports of imminent disaster in 2012? Why is this never on the TV news? There are two possibilities.
1) The only people who are aware that anything is expected to happen are new-age crazies and conspiracy nutcases. Every intelligent person in the world has somehow missed all the signs.
2) Nothing will happen and the whole thing is a hoax by people who love to attract attention, scare others and make money from the gullible.
Now tell me honestly. Which do you think is the more likely?

I personally dont think so, i think the reason why people think that it is because The Mayan calendar ends in 2012, but how do we not know that they just ran out of space or they couldent go on for anymore years because they were too tierd ( or died). Also, i think that when people found out about the Mayan calender they decided that making a film about the word ending in 2012 will earn us loads of money so they made that film which made people start to worry and made it popular
but thats just my opinion.
The world will not end in 2012. I understand why some people are scared about this happening because of how many websites and things there are on the internet giving out false information. Everyone who is scared of this will happening, please visit trusted websites such as NASA, who give out information that is reliable. Yes, the Mayan Calendar finishes it's CYCLE in December 21, 2012 and then starts a new cycle. Just like our calender ends on December 31st and starts again on 1st January. Please do your research people and use common sense. We have survived many doomsday prophecies before and we will survive this one.
