end of the world 2012 theories world ending theories, 2012 is bull. Wanting to know other believable theories.?
I was talking to my friend, trying to get to sleep, and we stumble on the topic of the world ending. She mentioned 2012. Dont worry I dont believe in the world ending in 2012 and I never will, besides there is hard evidence that it isnt. Im more interested in scientific theories than religion theories, such as the sun dying out or the Yellowstone Super Volcano. If there are any more, can somebody help me out? And yes I know about the sun, its not gonna burn out, in the next 4-5 billion years yeah, and Yellowstone, I know that it is 640,000 years over due to errupt. This question is being asked cause my friend is dead set on 2012 and I just want to prove to her that there are other ways. Thank you.

what do you think of Nostradamus's prophecy about 2012? i want your opinion please just tell me what you think. I am just curious about what everyone else thinks about it. Given Nostradamus's past prophecies could he be correct about this one or are people just trying to hard to answer a question that maybe there isn't an answer to?
Can you quote Nostradamus' prophecy about 2012? Which of Nostradamus' books is the quatrain in? What chapter or page? Since he wrote in old French, are you certain it has been translated into modern English correctly or has someone fiddled with it? Are you sure it is not a fake invented by some 2012 head? Did you see the original old French version in print in an authenticated edition of Nostradamus or did someone on TV or some website or cheap magazine just tell you about them? How do you know they are not lying about everything?
Can you give any examples of Nostradamus actually predicting any event? Did they mention the death of a king of France supposedly predicted by Nostradamus? Did they tell you that happened seven years before Nostradamus died? Did they talk about "Hister" and imply it meant "Hitler"? Did they admit that "Hister" is an old word for the Danube river used for instance in some editions of Herodotus? How do you know they are not lying about everything?
Did you know that people were claiming that Nostradamus predicted the end of the world (as we know it) for the year 2000?
I think that anyone who uses Nostradamus to predict anything is automatically a liar or a fool.
I read some and found it to be really interesting but sorta scary too..

No. they are a lot of old nonsense. Most predictions are so vague that you can adapt them to fit any event which has features remotely similar to the stuff in the prophecy.
If this is about the end of the world, forget it. Men have been predicting the end of the world from before the time of Christ, and will continue to do so for centuries to come.
Some people will believe any old tarradiddle if it is dressed up as mystical mumb jumbo.
