will the world end in the year of 2012?
OK whats gunna happen?! Are we dead in 2012 or not? i pray evryday hoping that nothing will happen but im still afraid. Im 12!! plz help. People say the reason the world will end is bcuz the mayan calendar ended on the year 2012 but wat if they were attacked and died and were no longer able to make the calendar! and anyways the mayans were not psychic. Wat if they got tired of makin the calendars and they just stopped at 2012 (lol those lazy mayans x) jk)... i also heard that the mayan calendar was round, wat if the rest of the years wudnt fit or sumething? As for my opinion It is not true Remember in YEAR 2000? many people say its the end/. much more than 2012 but what happen? its not true just keep believing man keep ur dream come true it will not end.

Why is the year 2012 considered to be the end of the world?
My theory is that people started this rumor because on 2012 there will be a presidential election and if Obama is elected on second term then that would be the end of the world.
I think this rumor holds both a political and racist element in it. No physical evidence of the end of the world is yet shown.
