SOMEONE PLEASE. is the world REALLY going to end in 2012?
I mean, only the Lord knows when the world will end. and we know the world will end when the sun blows up, millions of years from now. They are making shows and movies about this. If the world really end in 2012, i just wasted 17 years of my life in school. for nothing.

The links to the Mayan calendar are wrong! This was announced 2-3 weeks ago!
The calenders currently in use have changed several time over the last 2000 years. Because of this, the "End of the Mayan Calendar" is not 2012, but 50 years LATER than that. Maybe even 100 Years later!
OR, depending on how you read Thai Mayan calendar, the End of The World might have already happened! Why are we still here?
