Has the History Channel lost all creditability?
I used to watch the History Channel and find out all sorts of interesting things about the past. The stories and shows had factual content.
Now, every show is about something that is completely outlandish. From Nostradamus predictions of the end of the world, Yellowstone blowing up and killing everyone, the Mayan Calendar and the 2012 end of the world, Hurricanes hitting New York, etc, etc.
Is it just me or has the History Channel lost all creditability?
They lost it long ago. I used to enjoy The History Channel but the more I watched it the more I realized that either it was geared for children or they really think the audience is that dumb. For one thing notice the next time you watch that almost everything is said twice. Once by the narrator and then we cut to some nerd "scientist" saying the same thing one more time. It's annoying.
I don't understand why we have to look at these people talking to begin with. I've come to calling it "the talking heads channel". Do they think these so called "experts" lend some sort of legitimacy to their shows but I just find it distracting. I start watching a show but I change channel the first time something is being repeated by some dude wearing a western string tie and a pony tail.
They have set science back twenty years with their silly stories about 2012 and big foot.

What are some of nostradamus' predictions that have happened already?
What are some of nostradamus' predictions that have happened already? Like 9/11 and Hitler and all that jazz, i can't really find anything that just bluntly states what has happened already.
