Will the day really end on December 23, 2012?
According to the Mayan's sun calendar the world is supposed end on December 23, 2012. The Mayans have predicted lunar and solar eclipses and when they happen down to the second. They have predicted comets that did not exist in our galaxy back then and do now and they predicted when these comets appear in the sky. This scares me a bit because I am only 14 years old so I will only be 20 years old if it happens on this day. I don't want to die!!
Live your life and don't worry about dumb things like that. When I was younger, I was all worried about nuclear war. I got so wrapped up in it that I didn't do much of anything. I figured why bother when we are all just gonna die anyway? That was 30 years ago and here we all are. What a waste of time. Even if the world were to end tomorrow, what good would it do to worry about it? None! Forget about all the silly predictions. The world will end (or not) when it is ready. Live your life to the fullest, have fun and don't look back.

why did the mayans think that the world is going to end on december 23,2012?
i was watching thw number 23 and paused it and now its really got me thinking
please help need information
world is going to end on December 23,2012 and Mayan discover that before they arrive on planet...
I do not agree but then prophasies are often not very clear to stat with if teh world comes to an end whow would be left to realise .
