Pulling are Troops out of Afghanistan a bad idea? Especially with 2012 coming?
I keep hearing how Obama is bringing the troops home. A little at a time but they are coming home. So now this leads me to thinking are the people in Afghanistan going to come and try something on USA again? We did kill their leader so is this safe to end the war? Just head 20 something hundred are being pulled out by September 2012. Its kind of scary hearing that and how 2012 is suppose to be the end of the world. What are your thoughts on this?
all this "afghanistan stuff" has started because of americans they supplied the militants with all sorts of sophisticated equipmrnt and training, during the soviet war then started attacking them. that is the reason they hamte americans. Now pulling out the troops would do no harm and would actually help the americans.
and the 2012 thing is just crap.

I was watching a documentary on the discovery channel and it seems so, Nostradamus predicted it, Mayans predicted it, a solar eclipse will happen, A nuclear war(Iran vs US and Israel) looks like it will happen.

No, sorry to disappoint you, but that wasn't a documentary. Don't confuse people who got an honorary PhD in a nonexistent subject for attending a UFO convention, with actual scientists. Did that honorary degree actually imbue Jaysen Rand with some scientific knowledge like the scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz when he was handed a diploma?
Nostradamus never mentioned 2012 and, if he had, it wouldn't matter because his so-called prophecies are so vague that they can be twisted to fit anything.
The Maya didn't predict anything and if they had, why would you belive it? They thought the world was flat with four corners being held up by 4 giant trees on the back of a humongous crocodile!
Solar eclipse happen somewhere in the world most years. They have no effect on us, aside from being interesting to watch. I have watched two of them and somehow manged to survive, along with the rest of the world.
Many people have believed we were on the verge of a nuclear war for the past 60 years! For heaven's sake, try to learn some common sense, so you can discern the difference between reality and sensationalistic nonsense.

i saw a commercial about the world ending in 2012?
and it was saying they're already trying to create places and ways to save humans and that you can visit the website for more information i thought it was theHPI.com but i went there and didnt see anything about it so i dont remember the website but i saw the commercial on i think the discovery channel and it scared the shit out of me, cause it was showing the buildings they've already made and said that modern science confirms that the world will end in 3 years has anyone else seen this commercial and know the website???

Yup i saw the add too.. it had no relation to the 2012 movie that i could tell. I looked it up and could not find it on youtube.. It said 2012 was very real and that our Goverment was making facilities where you can only take refuge there if you are picked by a equal opportunity lottery and it scard the $#@& out of me because it appeared very real!
And it only came on once and my friends that were in the same room missed the add and told me the same thing that it was a movie trailer and im retarted, and it was possible it was but when i tried to look it up there is nothing so idk.
