2012 end of life on earth End of the world 2012, any thoughts on this prediction, anyone?
Ive been aware of the Mayan calender ending in december 2012, and no one knows why. Is a planet larger than earth headed our way, and will it destroy life as we know it. I did some research and its full on. Anyones opinion would be helpfull.

doomsday cage Would you still like to see a "Superman-Doomsday" live action movie?
About the same time as GI-Joe first surfaced nearly 14 years ago, word of a live action movie of DOOMSDAY, the creature who kills Superman, was planned. At the time Nicholas Cage was up for Clark Kent/Superman.
Word slowely came around, after several attempts at a script that it was too big a story to make into a movie, but the way i see it is if they can do "Deathly Hallows" into 2 movies, they can do the Death of Superman in one movie and the Life of Superman (reborn) in another.
The casting call was to be just as big as GI-Joe with the biggest casting calls in Hollywood history. Especially for the funeral scene. Michael Keaton had all ready signed for the Batman role in it even though very few would do anymore then stand in line as the casket goes past.
So, if they could get a script finalyzed would you like to see it happen?
It couldn't be b/c there's way more to the story. It not just Death of Superman and Life of Superman.
First they have to open the story, then have the battle that Doomsday had with everyone in the Justice League, then have the battle between Superman and Doomsday, then have the Funeral for a Friend storyline, then the Reign of the Supermen which includes the stories of The Eradicator (The Last Son of Krypton), Cyborg (The Man of Tomorrow), Steel (The Man of Steel), and Superboy (The Metropolis Kid). Not to mention that there are Lois Lane, Supergirl, and Lex Luther storylines happening through ALL of this. Finally, Superman spends enough time in stasis regenerating in the fortress of solitude to awaken and reclaim his place, and the Death of Clark Kent storyline takes place. The comics had three separate story arcs, so you'd have to have three movies... possibly with some spill over into the beginning of a fourth.
And HELL YEAH, I'd like to see it happen!

Now is there a possibility the world will end on this day? Frighteningly yes. Theoretically, the world could end at any given moment. It could literally end right NOW. But it will not happen through all this bullshit of a theory.

Well people say their is gonna be a
HUGE meteor in 2012. and they say if it hits land it will mess up the core of the earth. and that we will all die. or if hits the ocean, that the ocean will rise and that we would all drown.. is this whole meteor coming in 2012 thing true..?
People say? What people? There are no BIG asteroids on a collision course with Earth for 2012. This is just one scenario in the 2012 hoax.
We have also heard, a magnetic pole shift, aliens with death rays, a black hole will swallow the Earth, Planet X will move Earth off it's orbit, a solar flare will kill everyone, the Earth and sun will line up with the center of the Galaxy, and the Mayan calendar ends.
